Privacy and information security

Marketing pages do not ask for or store your customer invoice details. Stripe via Link acts as merchant of record for Managed Payments transactions and processes payment data under its own terms and shares a payment reference with our digital-delivery service. We record the order reference, payment status and file access metadata, but not card details.

The included tools do not send your invoice data to Solo Operations. Spreadsheet and JSON backups are not encrypted; protect files containing personal information. The file you save remains in your chosen storage app.
