Cancellation and refund rights

Customers generally have a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases. For immediate digital downloads, that right may be lost once digital content supply begins, but only after express agreement to immediate supply, acknowledgement of that consequence and the required contract confirmation.

Our checkout requests explicit agreement, and the download service offers a durable text confirmation before the file. If you do not wish immediate digital delivery, do not complete the checkout. Contact ekenu.payments@gmail.com for cancellation requests.

Nothing here limits statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
